Appointments are highly recommended but not required. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, so please feel free to stop in if you’re in the area!
Your first appointment typically lasts about an hour and a half during the week and about an hour on weekends. If you need more time, we’ll make sure you get it. You’re welcome to bring a few close family members or friends to share the experience and help with your decision. Bringing photos or inspiration from magazines, social media, or websites is always helpful.
Yes! We have an extensive selection of gowns available for immediate delivery that you can purchase off the rack. We can also work with designers to get you a dress they currently have in stock. Alterations can be done to meet your time frame.
Absolutely! We love our international brides and have extensive experience accommodating their needs. Whether you’re choosing an immediate delivery gown or placing a special order, we’ll work with your travel schedule to make everything as convenient as possible.
Your Bridal Fitting: Your first fitting usually takes place about 8 weeks before your wedding day. Please bring the shoes and lingerie you plan to wear on your big day. One or two additional fittings, held 2–4 weeks before your wedding, ensure the perfect fit. After your final fitting, we’ll schedule your gown pick-up or delivery.
Customization: Making your vision a reality is our top priority. Every bride is unique, and our alterations team—backed by over 25 years of experience—can customize your gown to make it a true reflection of you.
Alterations are a separate charge and apply to gowns purchased at our boutique. The final price is determined at your first fitting once the fitting is complete. Steaming and pressing are included in the alteration cost. If you choose to have your gown altered elsewhere, we’ll still steam the outer layers of your gown.
